By accessing or using CreatorFlow, Inc.'s ("CreatorFlow," "we," "our," or "us") AI-powered content generation platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

CreatorFlow is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OnlyFans, Fansly, or any other third-party platform.

2. Description of Service

CreatorFlow provides AI-powered tools through a Chrome extension and website dashboard for generating personalized text messages, voice notes, and images for content creators and agencies. Our Service includes:

• AI-generated text responses based on creator personas
• Voice cloning and message generation
• Custom image generation trained on creator content
• Content review and approval workflows
• Integration with platforms including OnlyFans, with planned expansion to Fansly and others

Important: All AI-generated content must be reviewed and approved by a human before use. CreatorFlow disclaims liability for misuse of generated content.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or 21 years old where required by local law) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You may not use CreatorFlow if you are located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction under U.S. trade or export restrictions (including embargoed countries).

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Uses

You may use our Service for legitimate content creation and fan engagement purposes in accordance with these Terms.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal activities or harassment
• Generate content that violates platform policies or laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI models
• Share account credentials or access with unauthorized parties
• Generate content impersonating others without consent
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage

4.3 Zero Tolerance Content Policy

CreatorFlow maintains a zero-tolerance policy for:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Non-consensual content (deepfakes, revenge porn, celebrity likenesses)
• Illegal or extreme content (incest, bestiality, violent sexual abuse)

All training data must be provided by the creator with explicit consent. Violations may result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement.

4.4 Adult Content Compliance

CreatorFlow only generates explicit/NSFW images when trained on consented, creator-provided content. Creators and agencies remain responsible for complying with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping requirements where applicable.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to train AI models. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, process, and store such content to provide our Service.

5.2 Generated Content

AI-generated content belongs to you, subject to these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring generated content complies with applicable laws and platform policies.

5.3 CreatorFlow IP

Our Service, including AI models, algorithms, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology.

6. Payment and Billing

6.2 Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase. No pro-rated refunds are provided for subsequent billing periods. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.

6.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorFlow's liability for any damages is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CreatorFlow from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Denver, Colorado, in accordance with commercial arbitration rules, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
